The goal of the workshops is to provide an enriching experience where you can learn, have fun, and be inspired as a dancer while helping you achieve your fitness goals in preparation for the fall session.
Our dance workshops are designed to offer comprehensive training, with exercises that strengthen muscles, improve flexibility, and enhance cardiovascular endurance. The classes are taught by experienced professionals who are knowledgeable about the best training techniques for dance and will adapt the exercises according to each student's level.
In addition to the physical aspect, our dance workshops also aim to help students prepare mentally for the upcoming dance session. We believe that dance is an art that requires great concentration and a positive attitude.
