⚪General Conditions

France Dionne Agency

1. Contract: The signing of this contract between the artist and Agence France Dionne constitutes a legal agreement for the services provided by the agency.

2. Duration: This contract is valid until termination and can be renewed by mutual agreement between the artist and Agence France Dionne.

3. Agency Services: Agence France Dionne undertakes to promote and represent the artist to potential clients, negotiate contracts for the artist's engagements, and provide administrative assistance for the obligations related to these engagements.

4. Commission: The agency receives a commission of 15% + taxes on the fees received by the artist in exchange for their artistic performances, under the conditions set forth in this contract. The commission will be deducted from the artist's fees and paid to the agency by the artist.

5. Artist's Obligations: The artist agrees to inform Agence France Dionne of any engagements accepted without the agency's assistance and not to accept engagements outside the agency without its authorization. Additionally, the artist commits to conducting themselves professionally during all engagements and to abide by the contractual obligations associated with these engagements.

6. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to respect the confidentiality of all commercial and financial information exchanged between them.

7. Termination: This contract can be terminated at any time by either party with reasonable notice.

By signing this contract, the artist confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the general terms and conditions stated above. Similarly, Agence France Dionne confirms acceptance of the general terms and conditions stated above by signing this contract.
