General Conditions

Day Camps Danse Mode-Action

  1. Registration: To enroll in a Dance Mode-Action camp, individuals must complete the registration process and agree to these terms and conditions.

  2. Payment: Full payment for Dance Mode-Action camps must be made at the time of registration.

  3. Camp Modifications: Dance Mode-Action reserves the right to make changes to the schedule or format of the camp as needed.

  4. Behaviour: Participants are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards Dance Mode-Action and other participants. Disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in the participant being asked to leave the camp.

  5. Physical Health: Participants are encouraged to consult with their physician before enrolling in a dance camp, especially if they have physical limitations or health conditions. Participants assume all risks associated with participating in Dance Mode-Action day camps.

  6. Liability: Dance Mode-Action is not responsible for any injuries or damages incurred during the dance camp. Photos and Videos: Participants grant Dance Mode-Action the right to take photos and videos during the camps for promotional purposes.

  7. Personal Property: Dance Mode-Action is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings.

  8. Agreement to Terms: By enrolling in Dance Mode-Action camps, participants agree to these terms and conditions.

  9. Confidentiality: Participant's personal information will only be used for administrative purposes and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent from the participant.

Required mention by the Consumer Protection Act:

  • The consumer may cancel this contract at any time by sending a cancellation request to ecole@dansemodeaction.ca.

  • If the consumer cancels this contract before the merchant has started performing their main obligation, the consumer has no fees or penalties to pay.

  • If the consumer terminates this contract after the merchant has started performing their main obligation, the consumer is only required to pay:

    a) The price of the services provided to them, calculated at the rate stipulated in the contract, and b) The lesser of the following amounts: either $50 or an amount representing no more than 10% of the price of the services.

  • Within 10 days following the contract termination, the merchant must refund the consumer any money owed to them.

  • The consumer is advised to consult articles 190 to 196 inclusive of the Consumer Protection Act (R.S.Q., c. P-40.1) and, if necessary, contact the Office de la protection du consommateur (Consumer Protection Office).
