Dance-Studies - Danse Mode-Action

General Terms and Conditions for Registration in the Dance-Studies program at Danse Mode-Action.

1. Registration: To enroll in the Danse-Études program at Danse Mode-Action, individuals must complete the registration process and accept these general terms and conditions.

2. Payment: Full payment or three installments are accepted for the Danse-Études program at Danse Mode-Action. We accept payments by credit card, debit card, or cash.

3. Course Modifications: Danse Mode-Action reserves the right to make changes to the schedule or course format as needed.

4. Behaviour: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards Danse Mode-Action. Disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in the participant being asked to leave the class.

5. Physical Health: Participants are encouraged to consult their physician before enrolling in a Danse-Études class, especially if they have physical limitations or health conditions. Participants assume all risks associated with participating in a Danse-Études class.

6. Liability: Danse Mode-Action is not responsible for any injuries or damages incurred during the Danse-Études class.

7. Photos and Videos: Participants grant Danse Mode-Action the right to take photos and videos during the class for promotional purposes.

8. Personal Property: Danse Mode-Action is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings during the class. It is the participant's responsibility to keep track of their personal effects.

9. Confidentiality: Participants' personal information will only be used for administrative purposes and will not be shared with third parties without the explicit consent of the participant.

10. Agreement to Conditions: By enrolling in the Danse-Études program at Danse Mode-Action, participants agree to these general terms and conditions.

Mention exigée par la loi sur la protection du consommateur :

- Le consommateur peut annuler le présent contrat à tout moment en envoyant une demande de cancellation à [e-mail]

- Si le consommateur annule le présent contrat avant que le commerçant n'ait commencé à exécuter son obligation principale, le consommateur n'a aucun frais ni pénalité à payer.

- Si le consommateur résilie le présent contrat après que le commerçant ait commencé à exécuter son obligation principale, le consommateur n'a à payer que :

a) Le prix des services qui lui ont été fournis, calculé au taux stipulé dans le contrat; et

b) La moins élevée des deux sommes suivantes: soit $50, soit une somme représentant au plus de 10% du prix des services

- Dans les 10 jours qui suivent la résiliation du contrat, le commerçant doit restituer au consommateur l'argent qu'il lui doit.

- Le consommateur aura avantage à consulter les articles 190 à 196 inclusivement de la loi sur la protection du consommateur

( L.R.Q., c. P-40.1 ) et, au besoin, à communiquer avec l'office de la protection du consommateur.

By enrolling in the Dance-Studies program at Danse Mode-Action, participants agree to these general conditions and acknowledge that they have read and understood them. Danse Mode-Action reserves the right to modify these general conditions at any time.
